摘要: The subject of dangerous goods as it pertains to carriage by sea is growing importance and concern because impacts on safety well environmental issues. Both involve liability associated with maritime transportation in respect a complex area law both from an international domestic perspective. China rapidly emerging economic power major world player shipping seaborne trade including import export hazardous substances. Furthermore, undergoing remarkable reform transformation all respects, legal regimes, especially the field, are state evolution. This thesis presents two-fold concentration, that is, regime Chinese law, looking at dimensions sea. In order carry out comparative analysis regimes pertaining issues contractual tortious liability, relatively detailed analytical examination has been completed. Following this, under concerning critically evaluated terms evolution application perspectives regulatory civil liability. discussion existing centered principles tort contract borne private parties responsibility damage arising goods. Conclusions drawn summaries chapters highlighting critical light findings research; appropriate recommendations suggestions for improvements regimes; proposals form new legislation or amendments aim improving bring into closer alignment
