摘要: Summary Total alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in blood plasma of broilers suffering from infectious stunting after artificial infection was constantly higher than that uninoculated control birds. While total ALP inoculated various ages decreased incubation at 56°C, it increased similarly treated collected 3, 21 and 28 days inoculation. Investigations into the organ origin isoenzymes with agarose electrophoresis, column chromatography, L phenylanine inhibition heat treatment showed main part both, birds most likely intestinal origin. In 3‐day‐old no sensitive could be measured.
