摘要: We used closed vitrectomy techniques to remove formed vitreous from the anterior chamber in a consecutive series of 38 eyes with touch syndrome. The visual results these cases were related severity corneal edema and acuity recorded preoperatively. Most patients preoperative acuities 6/15 (20/50) or better demonstrated clearing an improvement vision. Of achieving 6/12 (20/40) within six weeks surgery, 14 (74%) maintained this level during follow-up. No 6/90 (20/300) worse achieved good results. incidence complications surgery was acceptable, although cystoid macular developed postoperatively at least 10%. Closed virectomy provide safe effective means treating syndrome when is localized.
