摘要: Circulating immune complexes (CIC) were investigated by the fluid-phase Clq binding test in serum samples from 131 subjects with various clinical types of HBsAg-positive and HBsAg-negative chronic hepatitis diagnosed on both laboratory criteria, including liver biopsy; 28 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers 75 healthy controls also examined. The results these findings correlated damage course disease. CIC detected all categories a significant prevalence only patients cirrhosis. No correlation was found between leveis CIC, presence circulating HBsAg, active inflammation or necrosis any different hepatitis. In contrast, highly more severe prognosis CAH suggest that is not specific for given type disease they do play role pathogenesis damage. observed an unfavourable suggests may modify host’s defence mechanisms.
