摘要: Often is the case in industrial applications that multiple sensors are used to measure similar quantities. These may not be truly redundant they placed exactly same parameter. However, these parameters very well correlated. In this paper, we address three aspects of dealing with data from such quasi-redundant sensors. Specifically, (1) employ fuzzy logic rules for self-validation and self-confidence; (2) exploit near linear relationship between reconstructing missing or low-confidence data; (3) fuse determine a single qualitative value its reliability. The methodology presented illustrated on experimental temperature cupola iron-melting furnace.
