摘要: We report a novel technique to design an insulating membrane with attachment sites on top of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) for achieving high sensitivity and selectivity in SWNT field-effect transistor (FET) biosensor. Because electronic properties SWNTs are extremely sensitive the surface state, direct immobilization proteins or DNAs onto will generate defects through chemical reactions physical adsorption, resulting degradation performance instability SWNT-FET biosensor devices. Here we demonstrate fabrication FET devices using as semiconducting channels, monolayer graphene oxide (GO) covered passivating layer avoid biomaterials SWNTs, thereby preserving intrinsic electrical SWNTs. Gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) decorated GO covalent biotin, which is then used selectively detect target avidin. The passivation layers can effectively lead enhanced increasing on/off ratio sensors.
