摘要: Since 1998, a monitoring program is periodically performed to assess the environmental and human health impact of air chemicals potentially emitted by hazardous waste incinerator (HWI) located in Constanti (Catalonia, Spain). In 2017, samples hair were collected from 94 schoolchildren (aged 10-13 years) living nearby levels 11 trace elements (As, Be, Cd, Cr, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sn, Tl V) determined. The concentrations showed following descending order: Pb > Hg Ni Sn Mn Cr. turn, As, Be not detected, while Cd V found only few samples. Some metal significantly, positively correlated. significant differences also noticed according gender specific zone residence. Finally, fluctuations through time. Cr decrease comparison obtained baseline study (1998). According current results, emissions HWI are relevant terms since their similar even lower than those reported other contaminated areas.
