摘要: Abstract Drugs with pharmacologic activities on cell membrane components were tested for their effects responses of murine lymphocytes to mitogens. The the drugs found be partly selective and related type dose mitogen. Most striking cytochalasin B, which inhibited low doses concanavalin A or phytohemagglutinin, but potentiated reactions high lectins. Chloroquine chlorpromazine, other hand, more inhibitory cultures containing supraoptimal Colchicine against lipopolysaccharide than those two colchicine almost unchanged when drug was added at intervals up 24 hr after onset culture, whereas diminished markedly 6 results are discussed in view relationship poorly understood mechanisms regulate lymphocyte presence different
