摘要: Objective: Thoracoscopic (video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS)) lobectomy is a safe and effective method for treating early-stage lung cancer. Despite this, it still not widely practised, which could be due to shallow learning curve. We have evaluated the surgical outcome in training programme at an institution with established VATS programme. present data of first 50 intended lobectomies performed by consultant as primary surgeon. Methods: Data were obtained from prospectively registered database consisting 262 consecutively lobectomies.
