摘要: In this research, we study the effect of different ratio stabilizer/precursor (urea/FeCb) based on its' molarity in sonicated immersion method to grow hematite nanorods structures fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) glass substrate. The urea (NH 2 CONH ) was varied from 0.1 0.5 mol whereby iron chloride (FeCl 3 .6H O) as precursor fixed at 0.2 mol, which designated 5 urea/FeCl ; 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.5 aqueous solutions. XRD for all samples revealed pure phase after thermal annealing 500°C 1 hour without presence other phases. structural characterizations have shown that sample with higher gives a better array contributes larger surface area thus carrier transferability. 1.5 has been expected complete reaction produce nanorod structure. These results supported by optical characterization ultraviolet visible (UV-Vis) spectrometer displaying absorbance transmittance were increased. As IV measurement, it shows exhibited conductivity compared others. Lowest resistance highest conductivity.
