摘要: The complexity of liver reconstruction has limited partial right lobe living donor transplantation. It is largely due to the difficulty dealing with middle hepatic vein. We sought define anatomic features veins. Forty-one fresh adult livers, 43 formalin-fixed cadaver and 91 corrosion casts were used for study. determined number branches, maximum diameter, whole length, extrahepatic length veins, deviation vein from main portal fissure. Nakamura Tsuzuki's classification types was used. Type A, B, C accounted 59.4, 27.8, 12.8% all specimens in this study, respectively. left veins formed a common trunk 60.3% specimens, 1.12 ± 0.62 cm. degree fissure 14.11° 12.65°. frequency study markedly different that reported other literature. suggest transplantation more suitable Chinese.
