摘要: Objective Among the subgroups of breast cancer, basaloid type has shortest disease-free survival. Survivin is an apoptosis inhibitor and its prognostic predictive value in cancer under investigation. In this study, we examined markers CK5/6, CK14, CK17, EGFR triplet-negative patients evaluated impact survivin on Materials methods Thirty with form admitted to Erciyes University Medical Oncology Department between 2001 2005 were included study. Median follow up age 45 months (range 5–76 months) 47 years 23–76), respectively. Eighteen (60%) premenopausal 12 (40%) postmenopausal. total, 2, 12, 14 had stage I, II, III disease, When cytokeratines analyzed independently, association CK5/6 positivity lymph node involvement was statistically significant (P = 0.014). 70% patients, or found positive, positive results only correlation menopausal status 0.049 0.049, respectively). Ten (33.3%) totally nine (42.8%) subgroup staining for survivin. not correlated any clinical histopathological features. While number involved nodes, lymphovascular invasion, grade, survival 0.036, 0.002, 0.035, respectively), valid EGFR, Conclusion accepted as determinants cancer. The other did reveal difference respect parameters. We unable demonstrate
