摘要: Per al correcte desenvolupament del sistema nervios cal una precisa coordinacio entre la neurogenesi i morfogenesi neuronal. L'exposicio de les cel·lules neurals progenitores a un seguit senyals especifiques l´entorn, que regulen seva proliferacio especificacio, donara lloc neurones. Les neurones recent formades comencen extendre processos neuronals fins formar complexa estructura arborescent; durant aquesta etapa es formen sinapsis els axons dendrites, s'estableix xarxa cerebral funcional. Entre factors extracel·lulars controlen aquests destaquem per relacio amb aquest treball membres familia Wnt, Neurotrofines (NTs) el Factor Creixement Hepatic (HGF).S'ha demostrat Wnt dels precursors neurals, neurogenesi, diferenciacio terminal sinaptogenesi. La via senyalitzacio classica implica l'estabilitzacio β-catenina citoplasmatica regulacio transcripcio controlada pels LEF/TCF. En tesi demostrem Wnt-3a Wnt-3 traves canonica regula neuronal (neurogenesi neuritogenesi) medul·la espinal.NTs HGF pertanyen diferents families creixement, senyalitzen receptors tirosina quinasa (RTK), regulant supervivencia hem NTs creixement ramificacio axonal en postmitotiques fosforilacio tirosina. vies fosforilen residus (Y654 Y142, respectivament). Es interessant diferents, dirigeixen localitzacions subcel·lulars activen mecanismes (dependents o independents TCF) l'axo.En resum, remarca importancia β-catenina, com component dependent activada creixement/RTK, control aspectes
