摘要: Substituted pentacene compounds comprise at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of electron-donating substituents, halogen and combinations thereof; substituent(s) each being bonded to a carbon atom terminal ring pentacene, only substituent(s); with proviso that when compound has two both which are methyl or alkoxy, is number 2 atom, other substituent, if methyl, 1, 3, 4, 8, 11 and, 9, atom; further four all substituents numbers 2, 10 atoms.
