摘要: Films of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (CNT’s) have recently beeen grown within patterned areas, making them suitable as field emitters in many applications. In this article, we propose and model a nanotriode using CNT’s emitters. The overall device dimensions are around 100 nm. electric-field distribution the has been computed commercial software package Simion 3D 7.0. A special discussion is devoted to nanotube tip screening by neighboring film. It outlined that film density height can greatly change local values. Film electron emission properties enhanced for regular arrays parallel with same height, which an optimum CNT shown exist. current developed takes into account low dimensionality electronic system. characteristics calculated function geometry its functional parameters.
