摘要: Abstract By means of molecular dynamics simulations it is demonstrated that moving discrete breathers (DBs) can be excited in pure bcc metals such as V, Fe and W. For each the three metals, following properties DBs are estimated: frequency function amplitude, degree spatial localization maximum propagation velocity. studied DB lies above phonon spectrum increases with increasing amplitude. vanadium much more spatially localized robust than iron tungsten. Application presented results to DB-induced mechanism void ordering under irradiation discussed.
