摘要: Six infants presented within 24 hours of birth with cyanosis. The clinical findings, combined catheter studies in 4 cases, led to the conclusion that there was a persistent fetal direction ductus arteriosus flow pulmonary hypertension, i.e. `persistent transitional circulation'. occurrence 1/1454 live births, and it is thus an important condition recognize differentiate from cyanotic congenital heart disease. children went through transition normal infant circulation medical treatment alone, one died before this occurred, recovered after exchange transfusion. cause not clear, but probably end result several different pathological processes.
