摘要: In adults and older children with pulmonary hypertension the sequence of structural changes occurring in circulation relation between haemodynamic change is well recognised, following classical studies Heath Edwards (1958). Recently, improved understanding childhood has resulted (a) on normal development circulation; (b) application quantitative morphometric techniques to study vascular structure, an approach which essential a growing organ health or disease; (c) clinical care perinatal period, bringing light problem failure adapt normally extra-uterine life when heart normal; (d) angiographic haemo-dynamic evaluation, permit more accurate correlation congenital disease.
