摘要: Abstract This chapter focuses on the ozone-affected transcriptional responses of juvenile and mature trees under controlled greenhouse free-air exposure systems. Transcriptional changes are compared to proteomic metabolite analyses, short-term (acute exposure) long-term effects (chronic exposure). Free-air systems designed scale up molecular studies ozone in at ecosystem level reviewed. New technologies, for example, high-throughput methods that integrate genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics metabolomics, contribute a deeper insight into physiological processes forest affect climate change. Therefore, integrated ‘omic’ analyses important understand tree abiotic stress and/or global change biological system level.
