摘要: In order to study the role of gamma/delta T cells in pathogenesis inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) humans, we measured percentage these peripheral blood, assessed ratio non-disulphide-linked (delta TCS1) type cell receptor (TCR) total cells, studied co-expression TCR and accessory molecules CD8 CD16, compared data with both activity disease. Percentage levels absolute numbers gamma/delta+ were higher active patients than controls (P < 0.05), mainly as a result an increase V delta 1+ subset 0.05). This trend was strongly retained independently clinical picture. An increased 1+/CD16+ observed our contrast, no difference far 1+/CD8+ concerned. These results suggest that IBD is associated expansion which may play disorders.
