摘要: Abstract Previous research on burr formation in face milling operations has usually been limited to the study of rollover cutting direction and/or a few machining parameters. This paper presents results an experimental influence main parameters more important burrs produced operations, namely exit direction, feed and formed at top edge square shoulder operation. Feed per tooth ( Sz ), velocity V axial depth cut ) angle EXA were investigated. The effects mode milling, tool nose geometry coating also investigated lesser extent. show that are which have major whereas is mainly affected by cut. very small only slightly influenced conditions. It shown down-milling can effectively eliminate some cases, unfavourable double size buns.
