摘要: Additive × additive epistatis interaction is an important and integral feature of the genetic architecture quantitative traits. Epistasis difficult to detect in classical analyses based on resemblance between relatives outbred populations. In traditional genetics estimation epistasis effect basis phenotypic observations requires identification groups extreme lines, i.e. group minimal lines maximal lines. Minimal contain, respectively, only alleles decreasing increasing value trait. Because genotype has not been known, were usually put with expression observed Estimates obtained by this way are biased. Therefore, paper parameter connected genes doubled haploid identified molecular marker data presented. Numerical analysis was made three populations barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), viz. 120 DH from Clipper Sahara 3771 cross, 145 Harrington TR306 cross 150 Steptoe ´ Morex cross. total, 157 sets analyzed. The estimates effects proposed (extreme lines) method much less biased than quantile method.
