摘要: Although there are numerous studies on the genetic control of flowering time in barley, little is known duration different particular pre-heading phases. Extending stem elongation phase (SE), without modifying total to heading, has been proposed as a trait raise yield potential. Moreover, studying phases would be interest for better understanding crop phenology which crucial adaptation. We studied leaf and spikelet intitiation (LS), phase, within this, from onset jointing flag (J-FL), then heading (FL-HD), Steptoe × Morex population, segregate some major developmental genes, under environmental conditions. After preliminary greenhouse study appropriateness population was tested, 130 double haploid lines two parents were grown four field environments that differed photoperiod temperature Amongst all QTLs detected (13), only three significant HD both LS SE with same allele direction (although greater effects one than other cases). Genotype by environment interactions due factors or its interaction photoperiod, while responses negligible. QTL E important QTLs, either cross-over (e.g. Ppd-H1) quantitative Ppd-H2). However, heritability across ratio SE/LS high (0.8) several SE, conserved environments, is, they increasing derived parent most environments.
