摘要: The purpose of the present work is to validate effect main QTL determining heading date in a set 281 doubled haploid lines barley, derived from 17 small interconnected populations, whose parents are cultivars commonly used Spanish barley breeding program. We 72 molecular markers distributed across seven chromosomes, particularly regions known contain flowering time genes or QTL. A combined linkage map over populations was constructed. were evaluated four field trials: two autumn sowings and winter sowings, treatments at greenhouse trial, under controlled conditions photoperiod temperature. have found that it possible carry out detection complex germplasm set, representative materials an active programme. In most cases alleles per detected, though polymorphism flanking notably higher. results revealed there accounts for important percentage phenotypic variation, suitable marker assisted selection. Also, role carrying response Ppd-H1 Ppd-H2, vernalization Vrn-H1 Vrn-H2, earliness se locus Eam6, which allele-specific closely linked available, confirmed. These support use this kind approach validation single cross population studies, survey allelic diversity plant sets materials.
