摘要: Retroperitoneal fibrosis is a connective disease of the auto-inflammatory/auto-immune type retroperitoneum with unknown etiology and pathological mechanism. The manifestations pathology can be local or systemic. Amongst symptoms, dull constant pain in hips, back abdomen most frequent. We report here case 47-year-old woman, whose pathogenic mechanism could related to an "IgG4-related disease" disorder as suggested by increased serum level this subclass IgG positive immunohistochemistry. diagnosis not easy, because generates masses; adenomegalies retro peritoneal development, that makes it similar lymphomas metastases from ovarian tumors.
