摘要: Spin caloritronics, the combination of spintronics with thermoelectrics, exploiting both intrinsic spin electron and its associated magnetic moment in addition to fundamental electronic charge temperature, is an emerging technology mainly development low-power-consumption technology. In this work, we study thermoelectric properties a Rashba dot attached two single layer/bilayer graphene sheets as leads. The temperature difference on leads induces current, which depends chemical potential. We demonstrate that behaves filter for selected values potential able electrons by their orientation. thermopower has also been studied where effects potential, term have observed.
