摘要: Abstract Background Gradient and coil systems, pulse sequence design, imaging parameters, as well different scanners, can influence apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect two field strengths on reproducibility mean absolute ADC measurements in various primary secondary brain tumors. Methods Fifty patients with histologically proven tumors were prospectively examined MR scanners from same vendor, strengths—1.5T 3T—on day. Absolute values compared using Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-rank test. Inter-scanner agreement between fields tumor correlation coefficients, discrepancy highest lowest tested a one-way analysis variance. Statistical significance set at p  Results There no statistically significant difference obtained 1.5T 3T for all types. intratumoral values, averaged type, ranged 1.58 4.5% 1.5T, 1.18 4.37% 3T.Inter-scanner high, kappa 0.88 0.99, strengths. Conclusion Based results our study, there is measured (1.5 3.0T systems), patient, tumor,
