摘要: Solute carrier family 27A (SLC27A) molecules play a fundamental role in the cellular uptake of long-chain fatty acids wide variety tissues and organs. Although polymorphisms at pig SLC27A1 SLC27A4 genes have been associated with backfat thickness pigs, existence associations lipid composition traits has not investigated yet. Herewith, we sequenced coding regions SLC27A1, SLC27A2 15 Duroc revealing three single nucleotide (SNP) (c.441C>T, c.747A>G c.⁎400C>T) two additional SNP (c.243T>G c.837C>T). The performance an association analysis array serum muscle revealed suggestive (nominal P-value <0.05, but significant after correction for multiple testing) between genotype gluteus medius saturated acid (SFA) stearic contents (%), SFA content (%). Similarly, was suggestively (%) longisimus thoracis et lumborum muscle. These findings agree from functional point view essential SLC27A members reinforce need further exploring these defining composition.
