摘要: Abstract In view of recent regulations concerning emission reduction, electric utility industries have been required to reduce, monitor and control emissions from fossil fuelled generating units. This paper presents a method power system expansion planning based on sensitivity analysis, considering the constraints CO 2 emissions. The presented here uses linearised flow representation in form linear programming (LP) model similar those frequently used studies minimise total operation cost is applied both generation transmission planning. fuel, cost/benefit purchasing/selling allowances are combined develop piecewise objective function. function calculate with respect limits. work also utilises concept shadow price perform analysis value identify most effective plan. dual solution LP provides prices that for determining minimum generation.
