摘要: This series of papers addresses the effects continuous Ag receptor gene rearrangement in lymphocytes on allelic exclusion. The previous paper discussed light chain and editing B cells, showed that these processes are ordered three different levels. order, combined with constraints imposed by a strong negative selection, was shown to lead effective In present paper, we discuss TCR genes. alpha-chain, inclusion may be rule rather than exception. Several models, which attempted explain experimental observations, such as fractions cells containing two productive TCRalpha rearrangements, did not sufficiently account for organization, limits secondary rearrangement, subsequent thymic selection. We here detailed, comprehensive computer simulation incorporating interaction this process other aspects lymphocyte development, including cell division, death, maturation. Our model shows how observed fraction T rearrangements both alleles can explained parameters selection over random process.
