摘要: Cryptoperlan stoneflies inhabit the headwaters or upper stream areas of rivers. A molecular phylogeographic study cryptoperlans in Japanese archipelago and on Taiwan Island has been conducted. Altogether mtDNA 16S rRNA region 71 individuals from 61 populations, COI 76 41 nDNA Histone 3 56 52 populations were sequenced analyzed. The respective ML, NJ, MP Bayesian dendrograms proposed sequencing data for (362-bp), (540-bp), (322-bp), estimated using Yoraperla uenoi as an outgroup. Based upon those resulting dendrograms, it become clear that cryptoperlan comprise two major clades. first these clades consists a number OTUs [operational taxonomic units: Cryptoperla japonica (Honshu, Shikoku Kyushu Islands) + C. ishigakiensis (Ishigaki-jima Island) spp. (Okinawa-jima Islands)]. other clade species kawasawai inhabiting only Island. Of particular note, was observed to be significantly genetically differentiated all examined. Yet, despite fact specimens taken very broad range their genetic diversity relatively low, similar kawasawai, which inhabits limited within Furthermore, even revealed composed subclades. It is considered this structure among largely reflects geological history middle Miocene Epoch (i.e., Tortonian stage)
