摘要: Abstract A series of laboratory experiments were performed in continuously stirred tank reactors at mesophilic conditions, fed semi-continuously with various mixtures diluted poultry manure and whey. Co-digestion whey was proved to be possible without any need chemical addition up 50% participation (by volume) the daily feed mixture. Up this point, specific biogas production (L/kg VSin) remained roughly unchanged fractions added mixture, mainly due lower oxygen demand (COD) compared that manure. At above 50%, reactor turned unstable, as shown by considerable decrease pH production. The scaled a pilot reactor, which had previously been acclimated digestion. Whey gradually introduced feed, increasing rates, replacing equivalent volumes manure, such way, total COD constant. For an hydraulic retention time 18 days 35 °C organic loading rate 4.9 g COD/LR d, it found increased from 1.5 2.2 L/LR d (almost 40%). This could attributed higher biodegradability carbohydrates (main constituent whey) lipids manure) correction (increase) C:N ratio.
