摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the function, stability and performance biogas plant at HPW Fresh & Dry Ltd. in Adeiso, Ghana. showed that process functioning, with an adequate average organic loading rate methane content biogas. However, digesters had low alkalinity were sensitive disturbances, uneven feeding caused considerable pH and biogas flow variations. The influent consisted 47 % fruit waste 53 water. At eight times during project period, poultry manure added. occurred mainly between 8 am 5 pm, ranging from 0 20 m3 per digester day. daily one 9.1 m3 which gives an organic loading varying 5.5 kg ODM value 2.6 ODM per day. The varied 39 61 %, 51 Digester 1 50 Digester 2. decreased day due feeding. H2S content as high 1900 ppm beginning period, probably accidental addition of sulphur containing preservatives digesters. concentration steadily a result of process recovery. From two combined total estimated values 24 59 m3/h. increased generally day, is explained by pattern. The 3.6 5.2 4.0. increased when poultry digestate 6.6-7.1 6.9 both digesters. temperature ranged 31 34°C 33°C higher end of period. Generally, pattern. On days with more feeding, more. more stable end project period, and/or temperature. The low, bicarbonate measured weekly 2 000 and 3 300 mg HCO3/l, while 3 4 HCO3/l. the alkalinity manure. The nutrient substrates giving C/N ratio. This implies nitrogen shortage Also, ash high, making it desirable to replace another source nitrogen. From findings recommendations on further development made. These included even improved mix monitoring operation parameters.
