摘要: Purpose – This paper aims to analyse the case of a non-governmental organization (NGO) and possibilities implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy principles in an organizational quality management system (QMS) reduce rate staff turnover improve overall excellence organization. QMS provides framework for CSR policy, strategy, activities culture at all levels organization, creating basis establishing sustainable development policy providing employee commitment continuous improvement system.
