Acute Lung Failure

摘要: Lung failure is the most common organ seen in intensive care unit. The pathogenesis of acute respiratory (ARF) can be classified as (1) neuromuscular origin, (2) secondary to and chronic obstructive airway diseases, (3) alveolar processes such cardiogenic noncardiogenic pulmonary edema pneumonia, (4) vascular diseases or embolism. This article reviews more causes ARF from each group, including pathological mechanisms principles critical management, focusing on supportive, specific, adjunctive therapies for condition.
