摘要: Computer-aided model building techniques have been used to construct three-dimensional structures for hamster β2 adrenergic receptor. Experimental data were as constraints guide the procedure, and a number of rather strict criteria applied assess physical plausibility structures. We present details our best structure date, which is consistent with large body experimental data. also discuss in detail procedures evaluation criteria, we believe may be general utility modeling projects.
