摘要: G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are a diverse family of integral membrane proteins that believed to share many structural and functional properties. Upon stimulation, these can transmit signal across the bilayer results in activation enzymes or transport systems via G-protein. The size is increasing rapidly includes neurotransmitter (e.g., adrenergic, muscarinic acetylcholine, neurokinins, dopamine, serotonin) as well visual odorant rhodopsin).
