摘要: The effects of orange blossom honey solution (10%, w/v) on the strawberry fruits were assessed in modified atmosphere. authenticity has been determined by number, percentage as well status pollens. According to results, is unifloral because its dominant pollen composition geographical origin. weight loss, total soluble solids content, pH, titratable acidity, color value, L-ascorbic acids (mg/100 g FW), CO2/O2 amount, microbial and sensorial qualities examined during 8 days storage at 5C. application strawberries did not reveal promising results for fruit quality parameters shelf life throughout storage. present suggest that use combination with atmosphere packaging (MAP) cannot be a potential maintaining 5C. PRACTICAL APPLICATION In recent years, natural substances received increasing attention their beneficial health mankind. Honey biological substance, which produced honeybees, used heal various ailments since dawn history. There have lot types available, based floral source. In study, was extend 5C MAP Nevertheless, treatment this study cause any considerable effect sustaining “Selva”-type concern.
