摘要: Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in cancer invasion and metastasis by enabling cells to depart from the primary tumor, invade surrounding tissue disseminate distant organs. The existence function of EMT cervical is poorly understood. Placental growth factor (PLGF) has been shown associate with various cancers. However, whether PLGF involved remains unclear. Thus present study examined relationship between expression EMT-related proteins 110 lesions samples. We detected that was expressed 61.8% lesion sections. In addition, positively correlated low level E-cadherin high vimentin. Serum samples lavage were collected patients pre-invasive invasive uterine cervix or normal control group, levels determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). found a significantly could be both serum vaginal compared women there no significant difference level. whatever serum, stage I II higher than it CINIII situ.
