Carcinogenic Responses of the Respiratory Tract

摘要: All of the common laboratory rodent species respond to inhaled carcinogens, with neoplastic responses in respiratory tract. There are marked differences, however, intensity response, anatomic site frequency response and histopathology response. Important factors consider evaluation these responses, or lack thereof, dose tissue, characteristics carcinogen, used. More information is available about molecular pathogenesis cancers from studies becoming important interpretation carcinogenesis studies.
