摘要: This report describes the ultrastructure of three choroid plexus papillomas (CPP) from female patients, aged 2 months, 3 years, and 57 respectively. The infantile case manifested clinical evidence excess CSF formation. All were well-differentiated neoplasms resembling normal (CP). Each displayed distinctive individual patterns plasmalemmas, organelle population, nuclei. two childhood tumors contained prominent deposits cytoplasmic glycogen, thus simulating embryonic state. vasculature all lesions included fenestrated capillaries indistinguishable those CP. Ventricular plasmalemmas separated lateral basal by tight junctions. geometrical relationship between capillaries, tumor cells, ventricle was characteristic epithelia involved in fluid transport. These findings offer structural that CPPs are capable participating
