摘要: TiO2 thin films with different Zn contents were successfully deposited by combining plasmas produced laser ablation and magnetron sputtering in a hybrid configuration. The titania ablating target keeping the conditions constant for all samples. Incorporation of amounts zinc into was achieved plasma using argon to sputter target. effect amount incorporated on chemical composition, crystalline structure, optical properties, thickness photocatalytic response studied. compositional results show that content varied from 3.6 17.4 at.%. structural characterization reveals formation rutile phase which changes titanates such as ZnTi3O8 ZnTiO3 is increased. UV–Vis measurements blue shift band gap function increasing content. An improvement containing observed degradation malachite green dye solution.
