摘要: Continuing advances in the treatment of inflammatory arthritides such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and psoriatic (PsA) have made remission a realistic goal for patients. Despite these advances, early diagnosis by primary care physicians (PCPs) subsequent referral to rheumatologist remain challenge. Delayed referral, which may extend several years some cases, lead irreversible joint destruction compromised function. The aim this review is aid PCPs preventing potential delay disease recognition patient highlighting currently accepted criteria activity, clinical response, RA, AS, PsA. In addition, discussion benefits risks approved traditional disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs biologic treatments, importance comanagement conditions across specialties, will be addressed. Because are often first point contact recognition, they can play critical role management
