摘要: The authors present dynamic call admission control using the distribution of number cells arriving during fixed interval. This is estimated from measured at output buffer interval and traffic parameters specified by users. Call acceptance decided on basis online evaluation upper bound cell loss probability, derived calls arriving. QOS (quality service) standards can be guaranteed this when there no estimation error. mechanism effective classes large. It tolerates loose bandwidth enforcement policing control, dispenses with modeling arrival processes. Numerical examples demonstrate effectiveness implementation also discussed. >
