A new visual method for evaluating multiple data (Diagnostic Radar Chart) in general toxicological study.

摘要: A Diagnostic Radar Chart method was devised for use in the general assessment of toxicity drugs on basis visual patterns studies. Its usefulness evaluated findings 32 laboratory ritems 3 groups animal models with experimental pathological conditions. The chart found to facilitate intuitive discrimination among three types models, evaluation sexual differences and individual animals each item. Therefore, if are constructed usable preparing typical conditions, is thought be useful or identification an unknown drug.
