摘要: Abstract Quality of life preservation has become an essential goal treatment in the management laryngeal carcinoma. Although established treatments reference such as total laryngectomy and chemoradiation protocols have focused on survival anatomic larynx, they still generate considerable functional morbidity with detrimental effects quality life. Transoral transcervical partial techniques can offer significant advantages when used prudently after proper patient selection. The growing relevance those advanced recurrent carcinoma deserves particular attention, potential for improved without compromising oncologic outcomes.
