非小細胞肺癌に対するCDDP・IFX・VP-16併用療法とCBDCA・IFX・VP-16併用療法の無作為比較試験

摘要: 進行非小細胞肺癌に対するCDDP・IFX・VP-16併用療法 (PIE療法) とCBDCA・IFX・VP-16併用療法 (CIE療法) を比較検討するために無作為比較試験を行った. 70名の登録があり, 奏効率はPIE群で41.9%, CIE群で27.8%となり, 両群間に有意差を認めなかった.67名の適格例での検討では, median survival timeは, PIE群で7.0ヵ月, CIE群で9.2ヵ月となり, CIE群で有意, に良好であった. また, 副作用として, 血液毒性, 消化器症状がCIE群で有意に少なかった.
