摘要: Positive matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) spectra of grape seed raw extracts show the signals putative proanthocyanidin (PA) oligomers, including those several sodium and potassium adducts with same nominal molecular weight. As a result, MALDI time-of-flight profiles are characterized by isobaric from different PAs. The presence PA was studied exchange experiments on six varieties.
