摘要: The morphological and quantitative differences between arthritic fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) normal FLS were determined as an effective diagnostic tool for rheumatoid arthritis (RA), confirmed using atomic force microscopy (AFM). Collagen-induced (CIA) mice prepared isolated by enzymatic digestion from the synovial tissue of sacrificed at 5-week 8-week pathogenesis periods. Analysis cell morphology AFM revealed that surface roughness around nucleus branched cytoplasm was significantly higher in CIA (P < 0.05) than FLS. In addition, two different sites on increased with increase duration pathogenesis. These results strongly suggest can be widely used a cytopathology to detect early signs RA various others diseases intercellular level. Microsc. Res. Tech., 2015. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
