摘要: In this dose-ranging study 220 seniors who had received the 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide (PnPS) vaccine at least 5 years prior to enrollment were assigned receive one of four volumes (0.1, 0.5, 1 or 2 ml) 7-valent conjugate (PnC) a 0.5 ml dose PnPS vaccine. All participants reduced challenge 0.1 year after enrollment. There was evidence response PnC and antibody levels in group tended be significantly higher than group. A booster vaccination not observed. Administration is more immunogenic elderly adults previously vaccinated with
